     While making this commercial I used many different technological devices. The most useful would be my iPhone 12. I used it film all my videos and take all my pictures. I am very grateful I have an advanced piece of technology such as this beca8se it had many helpful features implemented in the device. I also used my MacBook Air for the majority of my research and editing. I use YouTube to learn. YouTube helped me very much because there are many creators that specialize in video editing and creation. Using my laptop also helped when using CapCut because it is a platform more suited to computers. I learned many things during this project. I learn how to edit and take videos. I enjoyed the learning process because I am not able use these skills that I learned for projects in the future. I also learned from the mistakes I made. Each time I made a mistake I was able to go back and see why I did it. I then fixed it and made sure it wouldn't happen again. There are many things I can

      Welcome back to my blog. Since the last time I posted I have made considerable progress. I am getting use to using CapCut like a PRO! Every time I re watch my commercial I feel I can point out another point that I can improve upon. I have also been watching commercial's on tv and taking notes about how I can make mine better. Doing this has helped me in various ways. I've been able to see the techniques used in each commercial. I can also see why the editor did each cut and how it affects the commercial from the perspective of the audience. After learning so much about editing. And using software's such as CapCut I am able to analyze a video not just by how much I enjoyed it but by why I enjoyed it. Editing and transitions can be very powerful if they are used right. Even just seeing how many of the shots are taken has helped me a lot. I look at what angles are used in these videos. I then try to implement them in my own clips.  I have also watched many other tutorial

       Welcome back to my blog. Since my last post I have finished my rough draft of my commercial. I did come across problems with making clean transitions. I plan on going back and redoing all my transitions. I still need to improve my editing skills and get use to using all the tools. I tired watching videos from Primal Video on YouTube. His videos are helping me get use to using all the tools. I will try to dedicate at least 2 hours a week to improving my skills. I will also use this time to edit my rough draft. I might even make a new rough draft in a different style to see if I like it better. I think doing this would give me more options for clips to use. Also it would show me different ways I can do things but have the same results. Overall I would learn a lot from this process in order to improve my final result.                  Hello welcome back to my blog.  I have been hard at work producing my commercial. Many of the videos I have watched have helped me learn the basics of using CapCut. I have also started collecting video clips to use in the commercial. I feel that what ive learned so far has greatly helped my video quality. One of the videos that helped me the most was from a youtuber named TechZG. He was walked me through using my iPhone in the best ways possible. I plan on watching more of his videos in the future. I also recommend Think Media for a in depth video tutorial on all the best iPhone settings. Having YouTube as a tool has been very helpful. I plan to make a rough draft of my commercial and go back and edit it after. I feel if I repeat this process my final result will be much better. My editing on CapCut has improve greatly too.                  Hello fans. This blog is about my planning for my commercial that I am making. I plan on using the editing software CapCut. I have minimal experience using the program. I do however plan on learning all the in's and out's of the program in order to use it to its fullest. I am fairly confident in my computer skills and feel the software will come easy to me. I have already started researching all about it and feel it is the best fit for me. I have made videos using it before but not to the extent of a personalized commercial. I am exited to test my skills and learning abilities. I will also tune my filming skills in order to get clean video shots. I would consider my self a  armature videographer but also plan on improving. I have various YouTube videos lined up in order to learn filming angles and video setting for the best possible video quality. I will be using my iPhone 12 for all of the videos. The phone as features such as 4k video recording at 60 fps. 2x

     I chose this photo (left) to show that I am very active outdoors. This photo was taken on a week long hiking and camping trip in Philmont, New Mexico. I love being in nature and experiencing new things and places. Seeing wildlife and farm animals long the road was one of my favorite parts. We hiked mountains. Crossed rivers. Fought off bears before we went to sleep; and even rode on unicorns. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity where we hiked 55 miles with various side activities along the way. My favorites would be rock climbing and repelling. Fly fishing, and watching the sunrise on top of a mountain peek overlooking miles of mountains and trails.      This photo (right) was taken on vacation with one of my best friends that has moved away. Seeing this photo reminds me of the good times we had together. It also reminds me to cherish the good time I have with my friends while were all this together.        Welcome to my first blog post. I don't particularly like writing about my self but I need a good grade in this class. I like to go to the gym. I feel the gym is very important for youth. It can help improve mental and physical health. I also enjoy boating and various water sports. I've always had good balance so board sports come naturally to me. I wouldn't go as far to say that I'm an "adrenaline junkie," but I do like doing things that put me outside of my comfort zone. I've recently learned how to do flips in to water and from various heights. Whenever I'm with my friends I always teach them what I learn and we progress together. I also don't like school. I've always felt school is a waste of time in terms of the material we are learning. Although there are some exceptions. I don't predict that this will change though. In terms of learning social skills though, school is great. I feel that the social impact that school has on kids
