     Welcome back to my blog. Since the last time I posted I have made considerable progress. I am getting use to using CapCut like a PRO! Every time I re watch my commercial I feel I can point out another point that I can improve upon. I have also been watching commercial's on tv and taking notes about how I can make mine better. Doing this has helped me in various ways. I've been able to see the techniques used in each commercial. I can also see why the editor did each cut and how it affects the commercial from the perspective of the audience. After learning so much about editing. And using software's such as CapCut I am able to analyze a video not just by how much I enjoyed it but by why I enjoyed it. Editing and transitions can be very powerful if they are used right. Even just seeing how many of the shots are taken has helped me a lot. I look at what angles are used in these videos. I then try to implement them in my own clips. I have also watched many other tutorials about in-depth use of editing and video taking. Before I started this project I wasn't able to comprehend all the work and knowledge it takes to produce quality commercials. Each step of the process takes time and is perfected over weeks of work. Going forward I will be paying more attention to detail in all the videos I watch. I feel the whole process how learning has been very beneficial to me. Having a broadened view on the creation of videos has helped me appreciate them more. I look forward to finishing this project and seeing the final result of my hard work.

Welcome back! Today marked our group's first editing session. Challenges arose as conflicting schedules prevented us from meeting in person. To address this, we utilized a group chat and phone calls for remote collaboration. Our choice of editing software, Cap Cut, stemmed from its user-friendly interface and accessibility. Given our limited editing experience, the simplicity of Cap Cut suited our needs. We strategically began editing from the movie's start, avoiding confusion with random clips. Starting with the title screen, we organized and edited the clips in chronological order. Nathaniel suggested a comic sans font for a playful and comedic tone in the titles. With the title screens finalized, we proceeded to edit scenes, like the living room and kitchen. Longer scenes posed challenges due to camera setup intricacies during filming. Script: hello and welcome to my CCR I'm going to be answering a few questions while trying to Sol solve various wooden puzzles um so the first question is how does your products use or challenge conventions so some common conventions for comedy movies would be a more predictable comedy sense because most comedy movies are um light-hearted and use widely accepted comedy values to most people um and our video does the opposite by introducing um stuff like alcohol um underage uh drinking and stuff like that um so we Tred to follow a unpredictable script with most of our um writing and we also use darker themes like um underage drinking peer pressure and temptation to do uh illegal activities when you're younger for the Montage were things that you'd see in a lot of other movies um the other part of the question is how does it represents social groups or issues um our project uh touches on the problem of underage drinking and also peer pressure...
