My Group for the Movie Project

  My group will consist of myself and my good friends Alex and Nathanial. I chose to do this project with them because we have a productive friendship. I feel working with Alex and Nathanial will make the project have a good turnout. Both of my group mates have experience filming and editing. The maximum amount of people allowed to work together was 4. But due to lack of having anyone else that wanted to be in our group, it will just be us. But we all agree that we can make this whole project work out correctly. We also believe we will have very good results. I choose to work with them because they are my friends but also because they are both hard working individuals. When focused they can pick up lose slack if any and make a good final product. I also chose them to be in my group because we all know each other and because of this it would make it easier to get through a communication block. If we did not know each other then we would not be able to bond. This would create awkwardness between strangers and would not have a good project. I also choose them because not only are they hard working individuals, but they also are very fun people to be around. I enjoy their company. Even though it is only us three and not four we will be able to completely do this project and make out final product entertaining and on point. I believe we are all fully prepared to complete a project such as this. Including our combined experience and prior knowledge. This project will be a breeze. That's all for today. Goodnight!

Welcome back! Today marked our group's first editing session. Challenges arose as conflicting schedules prevented us from meeting in person. To address this, we utilized a group chat and phone calls for remote collaboration. Our choice of editing software, Cap Cut, stemmed from its user-friendly interface and accessibility. Given our limited editing experience, the simplicity of Cap Cut suited our needs. We strategically began editing from the movie's start, avoiding confusion with random clips. Starting with the title screen, we organized and edited the clips in chronological order. Nathaniel suggested a comic sans font for a playful and comedic tone in the titles.
